Comments

A new helmet design has been reported for Saint Anselm; the team will reportedly be using in 2008 the "wing" helmet design (the one used by Michigan and several other teams). Saint Anselm's version will feature a white "wing" on blue helmets with blue facemasks. I would appreciate a photograph of the 2008 Saint Anselm helmet design.

*1 During at least the 2006 season, a rather small blue "A" decal was worn on the back of this helmet, not visible from the view I use at this web site. This may have been used in earlier seasons also, and gone unnoticed by this web site.

According to a report that I received, Bentley used a somewhat different helmet logo in 2001 than what was used in 2002; I believe the 2001 logo was a "flying falcon" of some sort with upraised wings. I would appreciate some clear photographs from the 2001 season. A third different logo may have been used since the team last used plain blue helmets, but I am very unsure about this.

STONEHILL

1995 - 2000 2001 only? 2005 -

Stonehill apparently switched to a new helmet logo for the 2002 season, an "SC" with a feather between the letters. I need a copy of the helmet logo in order to add this one to the web site. This design was apparently still in use during the 2003 and 2004 seasons, and is visible in the photograph below.

The team nickname was changed from "Chieftains" to "Skyhawks" prior to the 2005 season.
